Extension and refurbishment of 1950s Arts & Crafts-style property.

The objective was to refocus the main entrance, create a social open-plan kitchen/dining space, and introduce warmth and character to existing and new spaces. Crafted spaces within individual character and function, a transformed family home. Awarded winner of 'Best Extension or Alteration to an Existing Home' in Building Excellence Awards 2017 by City and County of Swansea Building Control.
